Migration and Level Boost Question

Hey guys i'm glad to be back to Freakz and suddenly it's Legion! wkwkwk

Anyway, i have a few questions :

1. Because i have a new PC, i don't have the screenshot of the character from other DEAD server to migrate to, which i previously used them to migrate to MOP.
and now that i've created the Same characters (Names, Classes, Races) from the Freakz MOP to Freakz Legion. Will it counts as migration? since probably i won't play the MOP anymore. And i'm asking about the Level too, i think that if players like me who upgrades from MOP to Legion with the same character will not only receive the achievements and mounts only, but receive the same level with the migration characters too (e.g Level 100/95). I hope you understand this. Because it's certainly a Fresh Start too, starting from where you left off and goes levelling in the new zones.

2. What do players get if they buy the Level 100 Boost? Only the levels? or with starting gold or gears maybe? They cant level up with only the starting clothes right?

Since i am far too busy to level up and to poor to buy the boost

1. As mentioned migration is for new players. There's no point in "migrating" someone if he already plays here. And transfers from MOP to Legion are not possible.

2. Currently only level, we might add starter gear too soon

1 more question.
So even if i create the same character from MOP for the mount transfers, it will start and at level 1? Because based on my experience played on a local server which upgrades the expansion, the existing/same character have their level boosted automatically.

Aaaaand i'll wait for the boost bonuses
