Bug description:Shaman Enhancement, Windfury Weapon(Passive), is an important spell for enhancement shaman, and this spell does not proc at all......and is lowering enhancement damage.

Proof: http://imgur.com/a/jCoi0 , in this picture, on the upper right side where the buffs are shown, you can see that windfury does not proc (the blue one is from Hailstorm) neither in dungeons or raids, it doesen't proc.

[windfury totem] was confirmed working in PTR. yet not sure about live.

also "windfury" in your skada or whatever, is the mix of [windfury totem] and [windfury passive] damage... you will see that "windfury" goes up by a large amount when [windfury totem] persists.

note that [windfury totem] increases [passive windfury]'s proc rate also.

it isnt bugged.

[windfury totem] has a radius, make sure you are inside that radius. also, dont test on dummies, they might be bugged. politely ask someone to challenge. (if we still have the .challenge command)

still

windfury passive works also.

simply install skada addon give a 2-3 min test on a few dummies...

you will see, windfury is 2# in damage. stop complaining.
