Details: (optional) I've used artifact restore, traits got bugged, i've made a ticket and i was instructed to open a topic in item restore with the mention to delete my old artifacts.

Currently on Legion Realm It is not possible to Recover: Mythic Dungeon Gear with Bonuses, Mythic Keystones, Relics, Artifact Power & Traits

Yes, I know that. There's no need for the artifact power or relics on it, the problem is that I can't put any traits and I would like it restored from scratch. Thank you
