[DUPLICATE] World quest markers do not activate when i step into the zone where the Q is at

Bug description: i have been to multiple zones and went at the location of a world quest where its located on the map, when i stand in it, the marker does not activate meaning the world quest doesnt become active, even if i kill the npc's needed it doesnt contribute to the quest being complete, if its needed i can provide more screen shots of the quests not activating, you can see the markers on the map but nothing pops up on the mini map to activate the quest thats there

Most of us are having the same problem..I guess they are working on this but still info from anyone as such.
