[DUPLICATE] Artifact Relic disappears after logging off

I bought two epic Artifact Relic Shala'nir Sproutling (ilvl 840) on Auction House, but after logging out and re-logging it tied me old relic Shala'nir Sprouting ilvl 810. The new has disappeared. I lost 37,000 gold in this way. Previously I thought the relic disappeared through a server crash (Ok happens, i know admin does not return lost relics.), but now I see that this is a bug in the game. I lost a lot of gold and most importantly - my time to farm gold. There is no relic. I have nothing, neither gold nor relic. It has restored Artifact ilvl from 822 to 812.
It is totally unjust that I have nothing from such a long time playing.

I have no proof of this because I did not know it would happen.
There was no information from the admin that the relics didn't work well. On the Auction House there are other very expensive relics and other players can be tricked by a faulty system and lose a ton of time and gold.

Can confirim.This happened to me too earlier today , i change my relic from an 810 to an 840 then logged of . After a few hours when logged on I checked my artifact weapon it had the 810 one.

I bought a trial rare Shala'nir Sproutling and the relic was removed after logging out.

Same i bought Dreamgrove sproutling and replaced old green with new epic and after relog it's again green !

Wasted 21K gold!!

We can't recover the relics / gold.

Wait patiently until the bug will be fixed. Does anyone know exactly why is this happening ?

I have no clue. I've lost 3 relics now, two of them were boe and one was soulbound from a wq. I received a relic from EN yesterday (shadow, different slot) and it stayed in the slot.
