i just wanna know why for ur bugged server now iv lost 1 month of AP farm ! u send me back my artifact with 0 traits , when the erroer is on your server , not mine mistake! just tell me why now i must farm again from 0 trait for your error!

yes . ur mistake ruins our hero . we lost our artifact poin and you say we can do nothing. send us artifact power we'll use and we get back our artifact points. is it hard to calculate how much 23 artifact points cost? caculate and give it to people like us. if you cant make sure if we realy have lost our artifact weapon dont left these destructive bugs . 1 weak farm just went to the hell its painful you dont understand it cause you havnt lost it. i dont dare to use my artifact power. i am saving them until im sure it doesnt happening to me again. dude satisfaying your players isnt so hard . just give them what they own .not steel the and throw it garbage

we are mad and only thing they do is to laugh at the situation we are stuck in. they are so happy toturing us... . they are really really able to fix it but they wont . idk whats wrong with them. just say sry . like we worth nothing for . the only thing worthes for them is mony. pay them some many and they give you how much artifact power you want. but they cant give our lost artifact power back.
