[COMPLETED] Artifact talent issue. not able to select any talents even if i have enough artifact power

Issue 1: I lost the above mentioned bow in the bag and got fixed. which you guys gave me through mail - Resolved

Issue 2: The artifact weapon which you gave me through mail able to acquire and Equip in my bow slot. But now im not able to select any talents in the bow. Example: i have 300 Artifact power and for talent it ned 100 if i select it. its not consuming my artifact power and it's not working. - yet to be fixed
