Bug description: Bns 15% frost dmg from pillar of frost dont work , it give no bns frost dmg
Proof: with no legendary equip http://imgur.com/0gOKOoM , dmg http://imgur.com/wXnQZFY
with legendary wrist equip http://imgur.com/OZuBJNR , dmg http://imgur.com/5lYRWcq
Plz fix Toravon`s Whiteout Bindings . i do a little more dmg because of str bns from legendary no from bns 15% frost dmg with pillar active
