[COMPLETED] Transmog item from shop

I used my Funds to purchase a piece of transmog (1.5$) and i noticed right after that i had the appearance already from a quest that was supposed to give me the alternative of that item but there was no reward , after a few minutes i must've been added to the collection (as reported by players on the official game).

Note that i couldn't get the appearance if i didn't get the item from the mail before.

Proof: Existing <-- Green Quality (the one from the quest)
Bought <-- Blue Quality / Bought from the site shop and still unclaimed from mail.

You have to choose item from same vote points range 13 vp or lower. Cannot exchange for a 73 vp item

I did not buy the transmog with Votepoints , i used my Funds , therefore the item i choose should be in the same Ilvl range as in the shop(10-372) at the cost of 1.5$ .

That would be fair considering that it's the same thing if i chose the other item in the first place.

Quick reminder : In the mail you can see "Donation Reward" below the icon. That's enough proof.
