Bug description: For the Saving Stellagosa quest it's only providing two objectives instead of the correct three, Aka not providing the quest to kill Overseer Lykill to gain his key, Meaning we can't unlock the chains.

you can run up to Lykil and kill him - you'll get the key and be able to unlock the chains.

The quest works. Not sure what the "bug" is here, is it about missing line in the quest log description?

Yeah the missing line literally confused the hell out of me, I never actually got a key after 5+ attempts either although my friend got it instantly and it counted towards both of us completing the quest.
