Bug description: Acest spell da acelasi damage cand am 50 mobi pe mine sau 70 mobi pe mine si anume da 10 milioane damage,ar trebui sa dea mai mult din moment ce am mai multi mobi pe mine...

Maybe it have a cap dmg/a limit of targets for the main dmg from the spell , you can see your DoT dmg is increasing on more target's .Something else could be you use battle cry on first photo and on the second one you dind't .

There is an AoE cap, implemented back in 5.2.0.
MoP Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): The area damage cap is now 20 targets (was 10). This means area of effect damage spells now reach their maximum damage when striking 20 targets. If more than 20 targets are struck, then the total damage done is spread evenly over the actual number of targets present.

It wasn't changed since then. These are printscreens I made today morning on my mage (51 targets hit had the same damage as 33
