Tranfering a character

Hey,if I have a character on MOP server (Genesis) , can I transfer it to the Legion server (Felsong)? If the answer is yes,how do I do that?

The whole character, no. Achievments/mounts/pets and start from level 1, yes.

Sorry for the waiting but i had some problems with wow,but now i am fine. How can I get my mounts etc.. ?

If you have done the requierments, the only thing needed to do now is wait until we do the transfers.

what about from other servers and/or retail? also only achivs/mounts and start level 1 ?
