[FIXED] [Random NPC bug] Sunclaw multi-spawn

Bug description: As you can see, there's 3 of them spawned when there should be only one. Now if you REALLY care, you could make the ropes that players need to use to climb up to him work, as they currently don't, because he can't be killed otherwise ATM unless you can jump upwards...
