[REJECTED] [Priest][Holy] Inner Focus and Holy Ward Forget to Reset sometimes

Bug description: hi, these two Spells are part of priest holy honor talent
these two working pretty well but sometimes have a same problem with CD reset
for example u use it once and after that no longer Reset their CD's until u relog !
u can not play most of times. plz look at my Screen Shot when i were in Battle of Gilneas
i have not their useful buff and both of these spells are disable !
even its not counting for CD Reset !

and i think i should say these spells have a same action and what is this action:
when u use these buffs, these are have no timer and its not gonna disappear until do theyr job.
example: inner focus will not be disappear until u cast a flash heal and holy ward will not disapper until an enemy cast on u a CC spell.
i think this nature of these spells maybe connect some how to this bug ...
i hope u understand what is exactly is this problem with these two important spells.
