Bug description: so if you go to stormheim you can find these stormforged grapple launchers pretty much like everywhere and you should be able to pick up one at any time, whenever you want. you cant do that on freakz. i lost mine and i really need another one to complete a quest.
Proof: if you look in the comments (wowhead link) they say that "The launcher can be picked up at most quest hubs in Stormheim, like Hrydshal or Talonrest. There's no requirement."
