Cut to the chase increases your speed when another enemy close by uses a speed increase in the photo you didn't provide anything related to the ability it's just you stand with the cut to the chase tooltip try to get a better proof okay ?

No need, I know that I skipped this spell due to lack of information. Can any of you tell me what happens if 2 enemy rogues with this talent stand next to eachother? Like "A" has 150% ms, then "B" must have 155%. But if B has 155%, then A has to have 160%. I hope you get what am I trying to tell you

about the interaction between 2 rogues with this ability i think it can only be seen in game but i assume it will top the lower speed to the top one and let them move at same speed, if another player enter the range and moves faster than that rogue take that one into consideration and apply the effect for him??

look at this video min 4:13 u can see cut to the chase buff its work but in freakz u dont have that buff and not working for u when u slow in arena.

I don't know about that rogue vs rogue problem but i know that rogues are nerfed compared to last patches (MOP) while other dps classes got buffed in legion.the only thing that is left for rogues that would actualy help rogues vs other classes might be this honor talent [ Cut to the chase], so i hope they fix it asap.

Obviously more information needed but in the mean time so we have a talent that works and is not going to break the game with two rogues running next to each other infinitely increasing their ms. Could it be scripted so that if Rogue A moves faster than Rogue B then B receives the speed buff, making B faster than A but A does not receive the buff because A is the reason that B received it to start with. This would seem reasonable to me.

I think rogue from rogue dont get that extra 5%speed.

if im the rogue,

if a nearby firemage activates their cauterize or whatever, i get exactly 105% of his speed. allowing me to chase him down.

but to avoid the [infinity] :

if enemy rogue is nearby, he will be getting 95%+5% of my current speed.

95% was mage's speed. and the 5% is enemy rogue's bonus. so basically, the enemy rogue will have same speed as mine. and we both move at same speed, and not indefinitely, since the speed is the same, the buffs will eventually fade.

simply put, [cut to the chase] bonus 5% speed buff is not accounted for itself.

with this theory. you will avoid that infinity... (feeling like a scientist now.)
