However, i do think that almost every CC in the game that breaks from 1 damage should remove dots in Legion, since there are no glyphs or traits or anything to clear the dots from a target to be able to apply a cc to it. You should change the topic's name to ''[General] CC effects should remove dots''. This affects Blind, Holy Word: Chastise and even Sap / Freezing Trap ( no proof found for those two yet ) plus many other CC's that break from 1 damage.
