[FIXED] [Item] shadow priest artifact trait bug can't learn traits

Bug description: I had for quest for holy priest, because when i click the artifact for shadow spec there is no questline appearing. after i finished the quest and return to my shadow priest spec, the artifact of shadow priest went to the mail. after retrieving it, the traits wont work and is still 0/0 even though i have more Artifact Power. Please fix. Thanks alot.

I have same thing. But for druid ... My 3 others specs are useles and im stuck with balance druid for now
