[COMPLETED] artifact weapon is gone after each relog

Details: (optional) hi. me again. my uncle took marksman hunter's artifact weapon 4 times !!! and each time they disappear. after each relog it disappears. if possible give us that weapon and make sure it doesn't disappear again cause he is going to play marksman and we don't want to risk on losing artifact weapon and relics. thanks .

Before taking item from mail delete wow cache.

After taking item exit game for 3 mins so it saved to server.

Done
