Add Cosmetic items to Transmog Vote Shop

Title says it all, there are lots of items that are marked as cosmetic which you can transmogrify but you can't buy them via vote shop because they're not actually ITEMS

The Cosmetic items can be found on our Item Finder (DB) *they are items*

You can't buy them via Vote-Shop because they are not implemented in the Vote-Shop options.

The Cosmetics (epic) from the Blizzard Store are available via WoW-Shop.

+1 It will be great if we would have the rest of the cosmetics in the Transmog-Gear @Vote-Shop.

Also, many cosmetics are obtainable in-game. (not all of them #bugs)

Not the legion ones only pre-legion content because at some point legion ones will get fixed.
