[FIXED] [WoD] Lunarfall missing portal to Stormshield / Ashran

Bug description: To get to Stormshield, in Ashran, we have to take a portal from atop the tower near the mine in Lunarfall, but it's missing. (The horde has to take their portal to Warspear, Ashran, from a similar tower, but they have it spawned.)
