[FIXED] [Item] Relic disappeared after logout (No rollback)

Bug description:
I finished that world quest and the reward was a 830ilvl frost artifact relic. I checked my obliterate damage and then equipped the relic. I realised that obliterate was doing less damage (124k from 128k) so i logged out and logged in again (with the normal way, just log out waiting 20 second and then log in). I checked again my obliterate damage and it was 128k, then i checked my relics and the 830 ilvl relic disappeared and was replaced by my old 810 ilvl relic which was normally destroyed since i replaced it with the 830 ilvl.

When i got a new shadow relic i took some screenshots to proof what i'm saying.

I just cant gear up if this happens all the time, some help? When i asked in global about this, a guy whispered me that it happened to him too so that means that i'm not the only one who had this problem.

And i just checked the same thing with a new 810ilvl shadow relic and it did not disappear.

It happens to me everytime i get relic reward from World Quest but only then. If i loot relic from boss or cache after finishing 4 WQ then everything is ok.

If u get relic directly from WQ and put it into weapon it disappears.
When u put relic into a BAG and relog relic DONT DISAPPEAR BUT when u put it into weapon after relog and relog then it DISAPPEAR anyway.

My second 840 ilvl unholy relic was drop from mythic boss...

i have the same problem... i just bought a shadow relic from auction house equiped it and relogged... after i logged in it dissapeared and the old relic was still there

Suggestion: Don't use them, not yet.

i have figured out a way to fix the problem.

1. equip your shadow artifact relic

2. after equipping, put your weapon on your bag (do a .save just to be sure)

3. log out and log back in

it worked for me and i hope it would work for you guys as well

This also happened to me on my hunter.

But later the new relic just dissapeared. I don't know what causes this. Is there a way for this to stop permanently ?

Another relic down the drain. 75,000+ gold gone in total, getting ridiculous at this point. "Don't use your relics" Isn't really a solution or even helpful at all. We need to upgrade our relics, not to mention we can't have our relics recovered for whatever god forsaken reason, which only makes it 10x worse.

I lost frost relic from nythendra mythic 880 ilvl. Here's how:

I looted it, put it in my weapon replacing the previous frost relic, we continued with trash mobs and halfway through the trash i used dalaran hearthstone to change a talent.

While in (legion)dalaran at krasus landing (it happens here the most what i describe next) i got booted from the server from the launcher most likely. No error message no freeze with *you are not using our launcher* message nothing, just instant disconnect (i guarantee you it was not a network issue on my part). I tried to log back in and after loading screen i got disconnected instantly, tried 2 more times same thing.

i closed the game for 20 seconds, when i finally logged back in my weapon had the old relic and the one from nythendra had vanished.

Made ticket, was told nothing can be done to get it back, i even have screenshots from guild log when i looted it.

Same goes for me, bought 3 relics from auction house relogged and poof gone and worst part i lost my gold like ~15-18k, I heard relics cant be recovered so this is pretty bad situation. PS its happening when u replace a same relic with different ilvl. Tried reproducing it, its the exact issue. It doesn't happens with different relics but I'm still not sure about it.
