[DUPLICATE] Blackfathom Deeps Bugged

All boss in Blackfathom Deeps not working.The achievement Blackfathom Deeps is locked.

Confirm.
Killing boss not get credit for the quest.

There are more bugs inside the istance:

1) We still have http://www.wowhead.com/npc=4830/old-serrakis, an hidden boss that should be replaced with http://www.wowhead.com/npc=75410/guardian-of-the-deep (from patch 6.0.1)

2) Old Serra'kis is not killable cause he is always in "evade" status when you try to hit him.

3) We still have the quest Knowledge in the Deeps that is not completable becouse the Pitted iron chest don't drop anything but give you the credit for the quest
