WoW Freakz link: Return of the Windlord quest
Bug description: I exit from that scenario without realizing it and the portal was not there i just abandon the quest and now i cant get it from the npc

Yup, had the same happen to me.
Tried going to the instance hoping it would 'phase' to the scenario but it did not. There is no way at this moment to continue the shaman order hall quests when you leave this zone.
Sadly no comments on Wowhead describe the posibilities to enter this zone again if you leave it to soon. My guess would be that the portal in the Maelstrom would stay visible until you're done with the quests in the zone.
