[REJECTED] System settings reset

Bug description: Hello! I am having an issue with the system settings that keep resetting every time i log out or exit the game. I am making changes and an in-game message appears that i should exit the game and enter it again for the settings to stick but every time i do that everything is lost. This is happening with only the system settings. Everything else is good and not resetting. But the graphics and sound settings are reverting to default.... Am i doing something wrong?
Also i tried to make and in-game ticket and when i hit send the whole message just appears as if i would be /s it in the game.

You have to modify the confg.wtf file properties and uncheck the read-only so it can save your settings. After you did that, make your settings and relog. Wouldn't hurt to uncheck read-only from all your files in WTF just to be sure @macros and stuff.
