[REJECTED] Perpetual Rollback

Bug description: Every time i logout i return to my hearth location, all items and the characters level are rolled back. This happens EVERY TIME i exit the game. I exit the game using the menu, clicking exit game or logout, i am not using alt-f4 and it makes no difference how long i wait after exiting to log back in. I have also tried .save and ensuring that the .exe isnt running in the background.
