Details: (optional) I've lost an Iron Artifact Relic(ilvl 855) that had the same bonus for the spells just like the one i have right now(I've no clue about the name of the relic because i didn't have the opportunity to see it clearly because the server crashed 5 minutes after that)(2 days ago).Also,today I collected an Artifact Research Note and tried to learn it.After 2 minutes the server crashed again and when i reloged neither the Artifact Knowledge grew up to 18 nor the Artifact Research Note was in bag.I really hope that you can help me with this. Thanks for your understanding !
