Bug description: Even after capturing the boat and killing Alicia Cuthbert multiple times, I still can't blow the horn ( after clicking on horn appears text : Requires Maiden's Dagger )

Hello. After killing Alicia Cuthbert, the quest marked as needing turning in, which i could do to Wharmaster Dizzywig, on the pier in Ratchet!
