Bug description: Unable to cast starfall in BG because it costs 120 astral power(balance are able to generate a maximum of 100 astral power)

This happened a lot of times so finally i decided to post it here. I think this happens after you get disconnected or relog.

random bug , happened to me aswell and i could not cast starfall cause the cost of ap was 120 , and also the cost of ap on starsurge was double

Don't think so, it apears when i enter the BG/arena(sometimes)(didn't recently) and fades away after i leave it

Will reject, talked to Earthquake seems it is random.
