Bug description: Normally the cooldown on hex should be 10 sec if this talent is choosen, it works just fine most of the time, however sometimes, it bugs on arena, and the cooldown is 30 and it can lead to a defeat.

As you can see, I have Voodoo mastery, yet the cooldown of my hex is 30 sec.
