[FIXED] [HUNTER] [BEAST MASTERY] Dire Beast focus regen buff

Bug description: focus regen buff not present anymore

As you can see in the printscreen, i casted the spell 2 times( the cd got refreshed by the auto attack crits), i have 2 companions active so i should have 2 buffs, but i don't have anyone. Before, the buff was refreshing when casting again instead of stacking.

Apparently it was fixed: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-FIXED-HUNTER-BEAST-MASTERY-Dire-Beast-t473218.html , but as you can see in my print it doesn't work at all anymore.

This was really bad before, now if it doesn't work at all it's a disaster for us.

The fix was reverted because we thought it was crashing the server. The problem was something else, so I enabled the fix again, will work after restart
