[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Winter's Chill (Brain Freeze passive)

Bug description: The Winter's Chill buff doesn't apply, and Brain freeze doesn't dissapear after a single use.

The screenshot showcases the bug, with each hit of flurry, there is no Winter's chill debuf applied, that would cause the spell to act as if the target was frozen. On top of that, the proc doesn't dissapear after usage.

Confirmed. I can cast instant Flurry for the full duration of Brain Freeze (the buff does not go away after first Flurry) but it does also not add Winter's Chill to empower Ice Lance effect after instant Flurry. The bug with "infinite instant Flurry" and no "Winter's Chill" effect applied even on first cast, appeared today and I have made a video about it : https://youtube.com/watch?v=mKXYfelug4k:

As well as our potential in pvp, as setting up most burst relies on that proc.
