Bug description: can't progress the quest. it shows 0/1 instead of 0/4 and completing world quests doesn't proc the trigger.

At the moment I took the screenshot someone wrote in chat the problem. When i got to the world quest, the mob was dead. I already completed 1 quest before i arrived to this one. Yes. i've tried relog and delete cache.
