[REJECTED] Become "pacified" after I hit a world quest boss or some mobs

Bug description: Starting a couple of weeks I become "pacified" after first shot on a world quest boss or some mobs (not any mob). This effect (I didnt find to be a class/race/etc spell) occurs almost every time I'm trying to complete a world quest, on two characters from my account ( Vraji & Frili).

Is it a normal effect in order to create the oportunity for all players to hit the boss or it's a bug?

You have buff(33 min one) read what it does and remove it .
