[FIXED] [Multiple][Tanks] Str to Parry and Agi to Dodge

Bug description: Tanks do not get Parry or Dodge based on their primary stat at all.
Proof:

This is for Guardian Druid regarding the missing dodge from agility. Ignore the end numbers.
Mastery : 700 for 1% -> 142a
Versatility : 800 for 1% -> 125
Agility : 2645 for 1% dodge (physical only, 0.65) -> 24
Armor : 87 for 1% DR (physical only, 0.65) -> 747

This make sense now and we get the same dodge rating as on retail.

I haven't managed to find out any information regarding strength -> parry atm.

We have the correct formula with DR for each class and all, up to date and everything so thanks for the info, but we actually got everything needed just need to implement it
