Bug description: The previous quest, "Eyes in the Overlook" was fixed (somewhat, it's completable now at least) but completing it should automatically give you this quest, which currently does not happen.
Proof: Forgot to take picture. =.= Should be easily tested by anyone who wishes to try it though!

Completing prerequisite quest, Eyes in the Overlook, doesn't auto start Masters of Disguise
