Bug description:
- When you get the item Candrael's Charm you are sopposed to talk to
Candrael Twinshadow (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=113935&name=candrael-twinshadow)

-Ask her if those are her initals and be thrown into a fight with Downfall
(https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=111110&name=downfall) That doesnt work
