Bug description: i have a 842 il warrior and cant pick the third relic quest

hello first and thank you, im trying to pick thee new relic quest for warrior and instead of getting that quest from the guy next to odyn, odyn still gives me
the hunter of heros quest, this is part on the weapon chain quest, not sure why it stuck on it i already have the weapons
