[FIXED] [Rogue][Subtlety][Honor Talent] ColdBlood Cooldown bug

Bug description: the talent neither increases the dmg of the casted cheap shot or the shadowstrike. Also the cd of the spell is 25d, but it resets after u leave the arena/bg.

sadly my dmg meter bugged and i couldnt get the dmg.

edit: i am sorry about the report on the dmg of coldblood, seems i was seeing the recount on the PvP target dummies.
I checked it on pvp scenario and the dmg works fine.

Edit bug discription: The cooldown of the spell "coldblood" is 25d after its use in bg/arena/pvp dummies. it seems that the cd resets either after u relog or go in a new bg. The cooldown should be 1 min as stated in the spell discription.
