[DUPLICATE] [Mage][Frost] Ice lance doesn't triger Icicle always

Bug description: Sometimes, mostly during burst when you do more frostbolts and stack 5x of Icicles they doesn't launch with Ice Lance. Lets say if you do 10 frostbolts and if 5 stacks of Icicles isnt limit you would get 10 or more Icicles stored and thne you do Ice Lance they wouldn't launch. As i said mostly that happens when u are overcapped with haste and do more then 5x frostbolts where you would get more then 5x Icicles. Try to test is with all haste buffs (icy veins and bloodlust and some more buffs like troll mage). Even changed to Glacial Ice spell because there's too much waste of dps during burst because of this bug.
