[FIXED] Blam Turret at Badlands can be moved anywere

Bug description: Mountable Blam turret located in badlands (at about 48.0;27.5 according to TomTom, location named Hammertoe`s Digsite) can be moved by players control and generally acts as a mount. Deals about ~10k damage to lvl 45 enemies in huge area (can`t enter instances being mounted on it (dismounts)).
