Bug description: Intellect or Agility are increased only with 186 ,it doesn`t stuck up to 20 times .

i can confirm this too, doesnt work. I tried in dung and dummy, nothing happens

Yeap.you get the first stack from the use effect,but then you don't get the other 19 stacks from using abilities..
