Bug description: We cannot speak with npc "Chief Kah Kah" (ID: 56336) because he is hostile. As we can see here: https://youtube.com/watch?v=GAa10fqMYUg:

, we should be neutral with "Forest Hozen".

Uncheck "at war" in reputation panel and let me know if it's ok now.

Hi sheLbyPL , we cannot uncheck at war with that rep, cause its disabled.

Can confirm, if you have done all of the quests following this questline, you can uncheck the At War box. I just turned it in after seeing this forum.
