[REJECTED] didnt receive my artifact

Details: (optional) i completed my artifact quest and didn't receive any of my artifacts . and after i finished the scenario i went back to dalaran meet with prophet velan and entered my class hall and am at the (Empowering Your Artifact)) quest . but still didn't receive anything

Try redoing the questline after relog and delete cache

i deleted the cashe and loged in but there is no quest in dalaran . itried to go to alonsus foul near undercity and also no quest i even jumped from dalaran to where the senario quest starts but still no quest

Can you follow the guide and check if you can pick up the last quest done.

The system is designed to remove the scenarios quest upon relog if its not fully completed, you are able retake it from last quest giver

i have tried that but i actually completed the scenario . i even got the small cinematic in which your character holds the weapon and rise it in the air . but when the cinematic ended the weapon wasn't equipped or in my bags . so i completed the rest of the quest and i advanced to my class hall. am really sorry and i know somthing must have gone wrong .

i went to the link and watched the video and the scenario at stage 3 require you to smite a crystal . i dont think i did that i just moved up to where the female troll is and killed some mobs and the quest completed and told me to go back to dalaran
so am gessing yes i didnt finish it but is there another way to start again from the begining other than deleting cashe since it didnt work for me . i will try to empty my quest log and delete it again

still didnt work . i didnt find the npc who gives the quest instead there is a hunter npc bot priest (if that helps)
