Bug description: Virulent Plague now deals 70% AP damage instead of 42% (67% increase), but PvP modifier is now 45% instead of 75% (before hotfix: 75% of 42 is 31.5, after hotfix: 45% of 70 is 31.5, thus unchanged in PvP)
