[DUPLICATE] missing NPC

Bug description: I am in the altar ready to complete the quest and select a follower the NPC (Exarch Naielle) is missing. I also have another issue related to this quest i was abandoning quests (other quest) when my internet dropped now that quest has disappeared. Normally i would just move on. but because the is a quest where i gain a follower i want to resolve it. please help.
Proof: I have been to the site and checked the connected link and she is missing.
