Bug description: Just after entering Lunar fall. There is a quest you have to follow someone to the sight of your garrison (where it will be), I didn't follow the person later i went to the location and there was no one there for me to turn in the quest and begin the chain to build my garrison.

Abandon the quest and retake it. 1, 2...

Continue the chain quest, follow the NPCs
