[FIXED] Legacy PvP Vendors

i believe you dont need a description.

almost all legacy vendors (for mark of honor) are not working.

only [capps carlin] in Gadgetzan (which shouldnt exist in 7.1.5) gives waist, feet, wrist and cloak.
and a girl in netherstorm that gives (as expected) weapons. but only that. other vendors in netherstorm arent properly implemented.

basically, underbelly vendors, netherstorm vendors, gadgetzan vendors are not working.

So, I'm updating this bug, but after checking those legacy PvP vendors. So, Vendors on Wod seems to be fine, but any other vendor is maksymally bugged. Some of them are somekind-of-working somehow, but it's just messed up, and buggy. There's proof for that:

It would be great to ee them working, there's a lot of great tmogs there, so I hope, that you'll get them working soon
