This is why i'm quitting this server after just one week

So this will be a bit of a rant and TL:DR version of what's happening to me

I'm the subleader of a guild in the private server f******, the guild members are 20+, not so much but enough to have fun and play your 2 weekly raids for core and alts.

I was looking to experience better quality, as someone who has played wow since vanilla in retail, I wanted to find something more stable, to experience more content, so I heard about freakz, a new wow legion server launching and most of dungeon and features working. GREAT!

I wanted to see if some feature really work here, stupid things like pet battle, sylvannas music box etc. so I donated and got them, they work, i'm sold, this will be my server now, I left 4 fully geared characters and full prof etc back in f****** to come here to start from scratch with my guild members. We were leveling, blazed through it, almost all quests, working, everything working, i'm loving it.

one day after I reach lvl 90 and the real grinding starts, not a problem, I can do it, is just 10 lvls of the worst expantion

DONE! I reached 100 in 2 days, happy little fella gets close to me, blizzlike experience and ask me to get together with my class hall leader! go there, everythong working fine, even the little scare when you tp to the dalaran crater and start falling to your doom, fun stuff I tell you, I start doing my artifact quest chain, (i'm rolling a priest because reasons) and I get to do everything, working, i'm hyped, do my scenario, complete it, it does the cinematic for getting turee and I don't see the items in my bag, and I don't see it equipped, they said I will get all my artifacts at the end to I complete it and pum, server crash right before I talk to velen, no biggies, go back finish qusest and no artifacts, at this point I'm asking in the global chat about it, I get sent to forums, I read through it, and I did everything, nope, not working. at this point I proceed to create a ticket with the gm.

I write the information about what happened to me and what I did to solve it with no resolution, after a whole day waiting for a response, I get a general reply, go clean cache, drop quest, restart chain, I reply to the messge telling him I already did, as I have explained in the ticket, that it's now very clear you didn't read, but I wait another day for response, they tell me the same thing again, now I just feel GM is just a bot to pick keywords and reply with an automated answer so I rage, in global looking for a live gm to answer me, I get muted, I create another ticket, wait another day, same thing, I get to talk to holms and another player who are concerned because they have seen me raging a couple of times, getting muted and even paying to unmute to continue raging, a troll, a spammer, a whatever you want to call wouldn't pay to get banned again doing the same thing over and over.

At this time I go to discord, explain my situation, fast forward today, I get a reply to do a bugtracker report, nothing else, no artifacts for me, basically letting me know I'm *** and they wont do jackshit for me, I go to discord and start asking for help in general, originally I reported in the wrong area, i was advised of it and i corrected it, go to support, start talking get someone to reply to me, they tell me its an ongoing thing, I keep asking for the artifacts or at least, give me an instant lvl 100 and I will try doing it again, I can erase my char, easy thing to do in this situation, I'm ok with it. nope, what do I get? a warning to stop talking, this is support and not general, I was sent to general because I'm complaining about a report, I so what do I get? kicked of discord.

This is the first experience I get, people telling me to shut up, they don't ask me whats going on, they don't read what you are going though, they just ask you to shut up because you don't matter, they don't want to deal with the frustration you are going through because all your 20 friends you brought into the game, are ilvl 820+ and ready to start doing mythics, while you are lvl 101, without artifact and stuck in the quest asking you to power the artifact, waiting for a reponse and all you get is muted, kicked and mistreated.

Is this a good way to conduct any kind of community or business? I don't know, I'm quitting the server because I feel abused, mistreated and neglected.

Maybe someone who care, maybe the owner will see this, or maybe this wil get erased, I will get blocked and this will be buried. good luck playing guys, I wish you never have to ask for assistance and go through the same shit *** I went through.

You are not the only person with problems we are solving them as fast as we can Sorry to see you go

You also need to understand that some issues can't simply be solved (that easily). Some take a lot of time and investigation. But for some reason you think you're the most important player on the server and that we have to stop what we're doing and waste hours/days/whatever on your issue.
