Overcharge Mana

Bug description: Ivanyr gains stacks of Overcharge while channeling overcharge mana however he gains the stacks far too quick, he actually gains 1 stack every 0.1s until interrupted. I played back the video proof that is uploaded of this in slow motion and could see that it took 0.7s to interrupt the channel and he had already gained 7 stacks. In the previous attempt that was not recorded Ivanyr managed to gain 22 stacks of overcharge because he channeled overcharge mana twice, however due to how quickly he gains the stacks this lead to just overwhelming damage especially on +15.

Bug description: This ability does not push the 3 people at all, the arcane energy pool left after also does not spawn between the 3 people effected, it's always the same size and shape, in addition to this the pool of arcane energy does no damage.

You can see proof of overcharge mana giving stacks way too fast at 2:10, you can also see throughout the video that we just continue to stand in the arcane pools because they do not hurt and that the pools do not spawn between the 3 chosen players.
